These Terms of Use govern your access to Websites (“Sites”) controlled by Nobelpharma America, LLC (“NPA,” “Us,” “Our,” “We”), a United States affiliate of Nobelpharma Co., Ltd. These Terms of Use to not apply to NPA or Nobelpharma Co., Ltd. Sites that do not link to these Terms of Use or to third-party Sites to which NPA may link. Your access to and use of this Site is subject to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy linked to this Site, and all applicable laws. Without prejudice to your rights under applicable law, NPA reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use to reflect technological advancements, legal and regulatory changes and good business practices. If NPA changes these Terms of Use, an updated version of these Terms of Use will reflect those changes. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound to the current version of these Terms of Use. You further accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and NPA are superseded and of no force or effect. If you disagree with these Terms of Use, or are dissatisfied with the NPA Sites, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this Site.
Intellectual Property
The information, documents, and related graphics published in the NPA Sites (the “Information”) are the sole property of NPA, except for information provided by third-party providers under contract to NPA. You may download, display or print the Information solely for non-commercial personal use. If you do so, you must retain and reproduce each and every copyright notice or other proprietary rights notice contained in any Information you download. NPA makes no warranties or representations of any kind or nature with respect to the Information or content of NPA Sites, which is provided “as is.” NPA accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with the use of this Site or its content. The Information may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. By using the NPA Sites, you agree not to disrupt or intercept our electronic information posted on the NPA Sites or on any of our servers. Links to this NPA Site are permitted only to the home page. Deep linking is not permitted without the prior written consent of NPA.
You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. NPA DOES NOT WARRANT, EITHER EXPRESSLY OR IMPLIED, THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ANY CUSTOMER SHALL BE FREE FROM INTERCEPTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, AND DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EACH CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF HIS OR HER OWN PASSWORD.
You understand and recognize that NPA Sites may contain information on its worldwide products and services, not all of which are available in every location or may be available under a different brand name, in different strengths, or for different indications and labeling may not be for your country of residence. A reference to a NPA or Nobelpharma Co., Ltd. product or service on a NPA or Nobelpharma Co., Ltd. Site does not imply that such product or service is or will be available in your location.
